All our products we send, pots, accessories, tools, soil, stones etc are very well packed with as much protection as possible.
We pack our products in clean, used cardboard boxes of many varieties, what ever we can get our hands on. We reuse as much as we can to help save our planet.

If you would like a gift box for your products please contact us direct and we will try and work something special out for you..

DUE TO QUARANTINE RESTRICTIONS - PLANTS AND SOIL CANNOT BE SENT INTO WESTERN AUSTRALIA, NORTHERN TERRITORY or TASMANIA.

If you order these products and live in any if the restricted states you will be refunded for any items we can not send and we will only send the rest of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
We thank you for your order and hope that you love our products.

We guarantee any broken items during postage. Conditions apply.
1. We will require a photo as you open your package and a photo of packaging, broken item and in the box to access the damage.
2. We require to be notified of any broken items caused by postage within 48hrs of delivery.
3. We require a photo of the package label and proof of purchase.
If we agree the damage is caused by postage we will provide a store credit for the amount of the broken product on return of the broken product.
You are required to cover the return postage costs for all products.
We hope you understand.
We package all our products and wrap all our products as much as possible to avoid any damage during shipping..
